* Process_Type and Process_Parameter( 1-8 ) were added to the properties of the DLL to simplify process settings.
* Device_Type_Validate was added to the DLL so apps can register Device Types via the API
* Fixed nested DB call that generated errors when calling the Action_Execute API call.

* Fixed several references that caused unneeded gload declarations in the host code.
