ok. I am able to recreate the error here. There is a problem in the API. I'm sorry to say, but the best option is to wait until vaughn completes the new version. This will hopefully be very soon.

As a work around, you can manually create the object in Admin. Just make a Bluetooth device with the primary address as the MAC address of the BT radio.

BTP should have created the object even though you got the error. The problem is it is not creating the ON and OFF commands. Just copy the address for the object it made, delete it, and then manually create it with the same address. You should then have the ON and OFF commands.

Now start up BTP and you should see your device and everything should be working.

Sorry to keep coming back with negative responses, I swear it's not my fault.

BTP did not create any Objects in vCrib, but like you say, that process is broken and that's fine. I will wait for the new release to fix this. I have tried to create a BT object manually, but there is no Bluetooth device in the Device Type drop down selection under Objects in vCrib. How can I create a new device type, before I create a new Object?

I wonder if Humanzee had any luck with the manual creation?

looks like I am a complete dunce. I left out that part in the BTP code. I need to do some updating of the app. Sorry about all the difficulty. I should probably do some better testing before releasing stuff. I will work on it today and try to get a new release out.
